Curing Temperature :

  • For No.1) 80 c for 15 minutes..
  • For No. 2) 200 c for 10 minutes..
  • For No. 3)200 c for 10 minutes..
  • For No. 4) 200 c for 10 minutes.


Gloss at 60:

  • For No.1) Above 90%.
  • For No. 2) within 30 – 50 %
  • For No.3) Above 90%.
  • For No. 4) within 8 – 10 %


Impact direct & reverse @ (50 – 60 micron)

  • For No.1) 150 Kg.
  • For No. 2) 100Kg.cm
  • For No.3) 150 Kg.cm
  • For No. 4) 60 Kg.cm

Specific Gravity : (1.52 – 1.60) kg/Lt.

Scratch & hardness : Passes 3 kg for all items

Salt Spray : Passes 800 Hrs for 1 2 & 4, passes 1000 Hrs for item 3

Storage stability : Six month from the date of M.F.G To be kept in 30c & free from lumps.
