Nanotechnology based heat insulating primer of finest quality are durable, thermally stable and hence can be used as primer for a wide variety of exterior ceilings and walls surfaces as well as metal surface. This Heat Insulation is three application system i.e.,1 st -Insulation Primer, 2 nd -mid coat, 3 rd -Insulating top coat paint. Outstanding adhesion, high anti-corrosive ability, high thermal stability, high coverage area with a desirable ease of application, characterize this paint. This paint provides robust performance due to inorganic, structurally defect-free nano-particles, incorporated in the paint matrix. The U value for the paint system (1 coat primer 1 coat of mid coat 1 top coat of paint) is around 0.2-0.25 W/sqmK. The air-trapped nano materials embedded in the polymer matrix enable the insulation of heat and reduce the temperature by 4 o -12 o , depending on the ambient temperature.
